How to Clear Alligator Arms in a Golf Swing
- 1). Keep the arm that faces your target straight throughout the backswing. For righties, this would be the left arm. Only the other arm should bend at the elbow during the backswing.
- 2). Straighten both arms at impact. Both of your arms should be fully extended as you strike the ball. Make sure to keep your head and eyes focused on the ball to avoid lifting your shoulders inadvertently.
- 3). Keep your back arm extended throughout the follow-through of the swing, and bend the elbow of the front arm.
